Zodomus is a software tool that provides access to OTAs as a channel manager API.
Zodomus don’t sell services to final clients, only to businesses.
Our data is subject to professional secrecy.
Zodomus ensures the security and confidentiality of the information entrusted to it.
We may change this policy. The most updated version is available on our website.
1. What data do we collect and process?
Zodomus collects several types of data:
Account information: Client profile data, payment information, billing data
Channel information necessary to process the connection with the OTA channels: Channel data, property data
Logs of API transations: We also store partial data to allow auditing of API calls
All this data is generally obtained directly from you or via the OTA channels.
Apart from these cases, we do not collect any data without your prior consent.
Finally, we automatically collect certain information about your browser type and the connection hardware (computer, mobile device). This is used to administer our systems, fight fraud, maintain service quality and provide general usage statistics.
2. The purposes for which these data are processed
The processing of data carried out by Zodomus fulfills a purpose which is based on compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, performance of a contract, consent for services allowing the synchronisation of information with the OTAs:
Customer management and invoicing
Provide access to OTAs

Zodomus may be required to provide certain data about you to public authorities when they request it, or as part of its regulatory or legal obligations.
4. Our cookie policy
A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded to your computer when you visit our websites.
We use cookies to allow us to keep your data while you browse our website after login.
We do not use cookies for advertising or for other purposes than to allow the correct access to our program.
5. Securing your data
We use SSL technologies to ensure the confidentiality of data passing through networks.
Our API calls must use HTTPS and a modern version of TLS (TLS 1.2 or bigger), to insure security of information.
In order to meet legal and/or regulatory obligations and/or to respond to requests from authorities authorized to make the request, your personal data may be kept beyond the date of your last activity.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations act, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, to the portability of your data and to define the fate of your data after your death. These rights may be exercised under the conditions and within the limits set by the regulations in force.
